Care

Sterling silver darkens where it meets air and skin — that is the metal, not a fault. A soft polishing cloth brings it back. Keep the two gold-tone colourways away from perfume and chlorine, since the colour there is a finish over the silver rather than the metal itself.

Pavé, petal by petal

Each flower is built from four round stones, with a border of smaller pavé-set stones following the outline of every petal. That double edge is what separates this from a flat cluster: light catches the face of the stone and the rim around it.

How to wear it

The pendant is quiet enough for a working day and bright enough to carry an evening. Wear the necklace alone and leave the studs for a second piercing, or bring them out together when the rest of what you have on is plain.

Care and longevity
