Ventora is an online jewellery store. We sell a short list of pieces — mostly rings and necklaces — and describe each one exactly as it is.

What we sell

Our jewellery starts with pieces you can wear daily: cluster rings, flower pendants and matching studs, in 925 sterling silver or stainless steel, set with zircon. Alongside it we carry a small number of home and wellness objects — a heat belt, an ultrasonic cleaner, lamps — that earn their place in a routine.

The range stays short on purpose. A shorter range means each piece gets described properly, and you can tell what you are buying before you buy it.

How we describe things

Every product page carries the specification we were given: metal, stone, finish, size, and weight where the supplier publishes one. Where a piece is plated, we say plated. Where a measurement isn’t published, we leave it off the page rather than estimate it.

How your order arrives

Our jewellery ships from a US warehouse, tracked, with free shipping. Delivery to the US averages around eight days from dispatch, and we ask you to allow up to twelve business days in busy periods. The detail is on our shipping page.

If something isn’t right

You have thirty days from delivery to change your mind, and a real reply if something arrives damaged or wrong. The terms are on our returns page.
